 EMCORE’s G3072-408 is the 10G Avalanche Photodiode, Coplanar Bottom Illuminated Chip designed for 10Gbps applications. It has high responsivity, low capacitance and is ideally suited for low cost, high-speed data communication designs. This APD is mounted on a carrier substrate as chip on block (COB) for ease of assembly into receiver modules.
