 EMCORE’s G1013-406 is the Top Illuminated 2.5G Avalanche Photodiode(APD) Chip designed as the receiving device for optical communication networks. It has high responsivity, low capacitance, low noise equivalent power and capable of very high sensitivity when coupled to a low noise amplifier for 2.5Gbps long reach transmission applications. The product is available as tested die.
