MPD300L
Cosemi’s MPD300L is a planar-structured, top illuminated InGaAs-based PIN monitor photodiode offering high responsivity, low dark current and low capacitance for optical receiver designs.
The MPD300L is on an N+ -substrate, with the n-contact on the bottom and p-contact on the top. The large pads facilitate automated wire bonding.
